Being in an office lottery pool paid off to the tune of a $107.5 million Powerball jackpot prize for the lucky players!

The winners, a group of employees of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), elected to take the cash value of the jackpot. This amounts to $2,240,276.63 for each of the 48 shares, less federal withholding.

Five lucky players from across the nation matched 5 of the 6 white balls in the May 11th drawing and pocketed $250,000 each!
