In other California Lottery news, Daniel Otto was one of two lucky players to win $193,997! Otto’s ticket correctly matched all five numbers in the August
1st, 2013 draw to earn him a split of the $387,994 top prize. The other winner of this split ticket has not come forward as of yet.
