Almost a month ago Andrew Phillips bought a Win It All Scratchers ticket and discovered he’d won a quarter of a million dollars, but he was unable to claim it until this past week because he had no drivers license and was required to show a state issued ID to claim his prize. He applied for a California DMV identification card and waited impatiently for it to arrive, then claimed his winnings.

Donna Moore, 61, of Winter Park, has claimed a $500,000 prize in the $20 MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRE Scratch-Off game!

In other Florida Lottery news, Michael Tracey, 34, of Ponte Vedra, claimed a $500,000 prize in the GOLD RUSH TRIPLER Scratch-Off game.

Powerball:
