The second largest Powerball jackpot worth $144.1 million has been claimed in Tennessee, after being purchased at Hobson Tobacco and Beer, 2216 Hobson Pike in Antioch. The ticket matched the five white balls in addition to the Powerball, and the owners themselves will be looking to receive $25,000 just for selling the ticket.

The winners identity remains anonymous due to the fact the prize has been claimed through the trust, Avondale Revocable, trusts are often used by big winners in order to stay out of the media, they decided to receive their prize as a lump sum of $89,795,622!

Calif. man wins $10M jackpot right after winning $1K:

Rodney Meadows, from Modesto has been announced as the new winner a $10 million jackpot with the California Lottery, right after having won a $1,000 prize just before!

The ticket was purchased at Fast Mart, located at 3955 Coffee Road in Modesto. After the first prize, he decided why not try his luck a few more times, so he went on to purchase the last 3 tickets to find he was a big winner.
