Wisconsin Player Collects $31.4 Million in Powerball Jackpot

Doug Miron from Marinette has played the same Powerball numbers every week for 17 years. Finally, it paid off, and paid off BIG! Mr. Miron collected $31.4 million from the Powerball drawing of Wednesday, October 14th at Wisconsin Lottery headquarters. Congratulations to him!

There were no jackpot winners Saturday, but 485,878 players across the nation won more than $3.9 Million in prizes.

The Powerball jackpot has reached $41 million, with the next drawing on October 28th.

Florida Lottery:

The Florida Lottery announced today that two lucky players matched all five of the winning numbers in the Saturday, October 24, FANTASY 5 drawing and will share a $252,580.86 top prize. The lucky winners will each receive $126,290.43.

FANTASY 5's EZ Match option produced 15,677 lucky winners with prizes totaling a whopping $49,233.00!

Mega Millions:

One lucky player from Massachusetts and 2 players from California won an estimated $250,000 in cash and prizes in the October 23rd drawing!

The Mega Millions jackpot prize has reached a whopping $28 million! The next drawing will be held on October 27th, 2009.

California Lottery:

The owner of a winning MEGA Millions ticket sold in Maywood has yet to come forward and claim the prize and time is running out! The ticket hit five of six winning numbers in the May 22 draw, missing only the Mega number, and is worth $273,378. The owner of the ticket has until November 18, 2009 to claim their prize money.

Make Me a Millionaire, the California Lottery’s TV game show, awarded 12 lucky contestants a whopping total of $146,500 in cash and prizes on this week’s show!
