Woody Simmons, from Maryland had been screaming in his car after finding out that he'd won a huge jackpot of $10,000,000 with a Virginia lottery scratch-off game. Simmons, who is employed by the U.S. Postal Service recently stopped off at a local Woodbridge convenience store after noticing a sign he had never seen before about Extreme Millions, which is a new lottery game. Gutierrez, purchased his ticket at the Chevron Service Station, which is at 206 North Vincent Avenue in West Covina and managed to match five of the six numbers in the draw of: 18, 26, 44, 30 and 22, however he did end up missing the Mega number 9 which would have given him a $113,000,000 prize had he also chosen it. Yet, he certainly isn't complaining, stating that "This is a blessing" and that the $906,649 prize he will be receiving is more than substantial for him. 

Thomas Grimme, from White Rock in British Columbia has become one of the very few people to have won a $400,000 lottery prize with the Washington Lottery which typically only pays out $10,000 prizes. Grimme, purchased 40 Match 4 tickets at the Cost Cutter Grocery which is located in Blaine, choosing the same four numbers on all of them which were: 4, 8, 17 and 24. Grimme would likely to maintain his privacy, and therefore hasn't disclosed personal plans on how he is going to spend the winnings.
