Vasquez says that this tradition started around 2 years ago, when on Sunday evenings after dinner they began walking to their local store, Paul's Liquor & Deli, 2375 Sycamore Drive in Simi Valley as a weekly bonding activity they both enjoy. However, one of these walks turned out to be very different from all the others, when they purchased a $10 50X The Money ticket and scratched it to reveal a 6 figure sum of money. They were in shock, Vasquez was filled with happiness but stated, "I think we'll definitely be even more excited once we see those zeros in our bank account".

In the run up to Christmas, someone has clearly been feeling the spirit after donating a lottery ticket worth $100,000 to a church. The Massachusetts lottery ticket was given to Saint Anthony' Shrine, bringing an air of positivity after this church was robbed in the beginning of December. Father Thomas Conway, spoke about this anonymous benefactor stating, "He's really really touched people and inspired them and made them feel better about humanity to tell you the truth"

Jose Gomez, 76 from Hanover Park has landed a top prize of $75,000 with the Illinois Lottery Crossword game. Gomez purchased the ticket at Army Trail Gas and Food, located at 2100 W. Army Trail Road in Addison. He stated, "I like this game because it's entertaining and it takes a while to play".

An anonymous donor, gave a very generous tip of a Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth $1,000 tucked away between many $1 bills. The Fantastic 10s ticket was donated on December 6^th, outside Walmart located at Harborcreek Township, 5741 Buffalo Road. Speaking in regards to this generosity a business adminstrator for the agency stated: "We are so pleased, especially since we're so far behind, it helps quite a bit" and Major Leslie Walter, officer of the local Salvation army said: "We are very grateful for this generous donation which will help us to serve people and families in need".

Dante Castillo, 70, from New Jersey has struck luck winning a monumental prize of $1 million through an accidental Cash4Life ticket sold to him in store. The ticket was purchased at Sam's Day & Nite Food store, located at 1200 River Ave, matching up a total of five numbers excluding the Cash Ball in the December 1^st drawing. The store will also be receiving its own financial incentive of a $10,000 for selling the winning ticket to the customer.

Dave Martinez, a high school janitor from Gurnee, Illinois is feeling very pleased with himself after landing $2 million with a scratch-off Illinois lottery ticket.
